An appeal in Muskogee is a process by which you can formally say, “Hey, I do not agree with this decision. I do not think that the process that they used to come to this decision was fair,” or for some other reason, the decision is defective and we need to see it reversed. An appeal is a request for a higher court to review a lower court’s decision.
