Hire a Process Server

What happens when you can’t get the other party served? Hi, I’m Muskogee Lawyer Eric Strocen here to talk to you today about this topic.
When it comes to service, we all know that you have a constitutional right to notice and an opportunity to be heard on anything in court. The thing is sometimes people weaponize that knowledge and find creative ways to dodge service.
From there what we can do is, in some instances, we can effectuate service through other ways, such as publication when we’ve made enough effort. At times, we advise our clients that we’re going to use a process server because we like to have that objective person taking a record of their attempts.
That way when I go judge, I’d like the motion to do this from another way, they’re not as skeptical as they would be if I just said, “Hey, I tried a bunch of times.” So if you’re having trouble with this, please reach out to the Wirth Law Offices at muskogeeattorney.com.
